Galooli, a global leader in energy optimization SAAS solutions with AI-enhanced analytics, is growing and we’re looking for top-notch talents!
Our mission is to lead the smart revolution of energy efficiency by supporting our customers in optimizing, analyzing, and monitoring their assets and providing tools and data to meet their carbon footprint reduction targets and migration to renewable energy sources.
We are looking for a Global Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about people as much as they are tech-savvy. The one who is equally eager to learn and share knowledge is organized and determined to get things done.
Join a team of motivated, fun, and creative minds. Work closely with R&D and other teams as required acting as the customers’ advocate. You can challenge yourself daily with complex, technical issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer support experience at least 3 years (Tier 2+)
- Problem-solving abilities – think outside the box with a can-do attitude
- Experience Working with customers globally – Must
- Customer service orientation
