Israel
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic Accounts Team. This role is both challenging and diverse, offering a unique opportunity to work with global clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring they maximize the value of our product.
Our mission is to lead the smart revolution of energy efficiency by supporting our customers in optimizing, analyzing, and monitoring their assets, providing them with the tools and data necessary to achieve their carbon footprint reduction targets and transition to renewable energy sources.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be our clients’ main point of contact, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives, offering tailored solutions through our advanced software platform. This role involves resolving technical and service-related queries, analyzing customer data, and drawing meaningful insights to enhance client experience and retention.
In addition, you will have opportunities to conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and occasionally travel abroad for workshops and meetings. Given our company’s fast-growing nature, we are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for global clients, ensuring their success with our platform.
- Work extensively with customer data, analyze and draw meaningful insights to improve client engagement. For example, create dashboards to provide clients with valuable data visualization
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, providing both technical support and strategic guidance.
- Understand client needs, identify challenges, and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience.
- Conduct client training sessions and workshops, ensuring they maximize their use of our product.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, R&D, Sales) to drive customer satisfaction and product improvement.
- Travel aboard as needed (limited travel) to meet with clients and conduct workshops.
- Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Analytical mindset with experience handling and interpreting customer data.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on global clients (2-4 years)
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) – a must.
- A strong technical inclination and the ability to quickly understand software platforms and data analytics.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
