Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activity on all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit each channel for all products and services.
  • Work jointly with every team within the company to educate members on social media use and promote employee advocacy and execute strategic, engaging, and creative campaigns
  • Perform audience research and develop key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Brainstorm, design, create, and execute targeted / sponsored social campaigns and paid promotions
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on the relevant social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Create landing pages for the relevant social channels and track performance
  • Analyze competitor activity and watch for relevant industry trends and opportunities
  • Create track and monitor engaging newsletters to be sent to customers

Requirements:

  • English – fluency and/or full professional proficiency incl. writing styles from tweets to storytelling and copywriting – A must
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Intimate understanding of each social media platform, especially in terms advertising, branding, and managing multiple cross-channel campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO and search algorithms – advantage
  • Proven track record with building social followings and brand awareness via social channels
  • Solid analytics skills including understanding relevant campaign metrics and performance KPIs
  • Understanding of sponsored social media campaigns from inception to launch
  • Self-starter able to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently
