Galooli and Suntel Group Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver Remote Energy Management Across Europe

Galooli and Suntel Group strategic partnership for remote energy management across Europe

A new chapter has opened in the field of distributed energy management across European telecom and energy infrastructure. Operators are gaining a new tool to centralize the management of their distributed energy assets.

Suntel Group, a leading provider of telecommunications and energy infrastructure services and a key member of the DRFG Investment Group, and Galooli, a global leader in intelligent remote energy management for industrial assets, have announced a strategic partnership to bring advanced remote monitoring and active energy management capabilities to operators across Europe.

Under this agreement, Suntel Group will serve as Galooli’s technical and distribution partner across the European market, combining Suntel’s deep field expertise in telecom and energy infrastructure with Galooli’s hardware-agnostic energy management platform. Together, the two companies will deliver end-to-end energy management services to organizations managing distributed energy assets — from telecom tower operators and renewable energy producers to facilities managers and multi-site industrial operators.

This collaboration addresses a growing challenge across European infrastructure: organizations managing generators, batteries, solar systems, and backup power across dozens or hundreds of remote sites often lack centralized visibility into what is happening at each location. Energy is wasted, maintenance is reactive, and teams drive hours to sites that could have been diagnosed and managed remotely. By integrating Suntel’s specialized field delivery and 25 years of infrastructure experience with Galooli’s real-time monitoring, AI-driven analytics, and active remote control, the partnership offers a complete answer to this problem.

At Suntel Group, we don’t just build networks; we make them smarter. The European telecom and energy sector is at an inflection point: operators no longer compete just on coverage, but on how efficiently they run their infrastructure. This strategic partnership with Galooli represents a major step in connecting physical infrastructure with advanced digital intelligence,” said Slavomír Slanina, CEO of Suntel Group. “By merging our deep deployment expertise with Galooli’s proprietary technology, we are bringing a unique value proposition to the European market focused on cost optimization, ESG goals, and building energy infrastructure that is genuinely fit for the next decade. Our goal is to provide operators with the stability and innovation they need in today’s dynamic market.”

“European infrastructure operators are managing more distributed energy assets than ever before, and the gap between what they can see and what they need to act on keeps growing. Suntel brings the local technical depth and market reach to close that gap across Europe. This is the kind of partnership that turns a platform into a real solution on the ground,” said Oran Ribo, Chief Partnership Officer of Galooli.

As the demand for smarter, more efficient energy management grows across European telecom and energy infrastructure, this partnership positions both companies to support operators making the shift from reactive, site-by-site management to centralized, data-driven operations. Suntel Group  will act as Galooli’s technical and distribution partner across Europe, supporting clients from initial deployment through to ongoing technical operations. Initial pilot deployments are already underway across the DACH region, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
