We are looking for a person who is passionate about making things happen in a multidisciplinary dynamic environment, An experienced Knowledge and Training Manager to join the company’s Operations team.

A successful candidate in this role will be expected to perform the following:

  • Serve as knowledge expert of Galooli solutions
  • Define and develop training plans and tools for certification and new products
  • Manage training delivery and execution
  • Identify knowledge gaps and gather information from relevant stakeholders to create appropriate and accurate content
  • Create and edit content according to the company’s tone of voice
  • Take ownership of the existing Help Center – building, creating, and improving procedures and content
  • Take ownership of Galooli’s collaboration systems

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering fully executed training programs
  • 1+ years’ experience managing a Help Center
  • Excellent ability to explain complex content in an easy-to-follow way
  • Technical background
  • Native English speaker with excellent articulation skills – must
  • Experience with client facing organizations. Should be familiar with customer success and customer support.
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong project management skills needing minimal supervision
  • Additional languages – advantage
