We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of success in global international software/hardware customer success/account management, who wants to be part of a growing company at the exciting phase of scaling and shaping its revenue team.

The Account Manager will to be responsible for driving revenue retention and growth for Galooli’s customers and partners.

The position is for our HQ in Tel- Aviv.

The Account Manager will to be responsible for driving revenue retention and growth for Galooli’s customers and partners.

 

The position is for our HQ in Tel- Aviv.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact for partners and customers, responsible for leading ongoing communication and accountable for driving solutions and fulfilling company needs.
  • Upsell our products and renew existing client contracts.
  • Solution selling, account planning and orchestration, collaboration with cross functional partners, while understanding the client business environment.
  • Take a creative and innovative approach to developing senior level relationships and craft creative renewal options.
  • Interact and sell to C-level executives at enterprise companies.
  • Provide a value proposition for our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by establishing credibility with partners, solving problems, and achieving business
  • Track key account metrics, generate insights, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities with partners.
  • Lead upsells efforts and build new programs and initiatives with partners, handing the end-to-end process with all stakeholders (external and internal) and taking proactive steps to increase our value and grow partner revenues.
  • Communicate customers needs to relevant stakeholders and meet objectives and deadlines, working with internal teams on projects.
  • Develop and execute long-term account plans and conduct quarterly business review meetings with customers and partners.

 

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound relations, account management, business development or customer success
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator,
  • English mother tongue level.
  • Experience driving technical implementation and building strategic roadmaps with internal and external executive stakeholders.
  • Great communications and presentation skills – both in Hebrew and in English.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Excellent presentation, problem solving, and management skills.
  • Team player, “can do” attitude.
